Our 12m x 15m x 4.3m shed kit is a heavy-duty steel structure engineered for Australian conditions, including tropical and cyclonic regions where required. Designed for strength, functionality, and long-term durability, this shed is ideal for commercial storage, machinery, vehicles, or workshop use.
Every shed we supply is site-specific engineered to suit your property layout, intended use, and local wind classification.
Standard Configuration
This featured design includes:
- 12m width x 15m length
- 4 bays at 3.75m spacing
- 3 roller doors, each 3.0m wide x 3.8m high
- 1 personal access door, supplied pre-hung in a frame for added strength and straightforward installation
- 4.3m wall height
- 5.3m overall peak height
- 11° roof pitch
The shed is shown clad in genuine Colorbond® steel using the Monoclad wall profile, with matching flashings. Corrugated cladding is also available at a similar price point.
This design also includes additional roof load engineering to support 20kg per m² of solar panels, allowing for future solar installation without structural modification.

For properties located in cyclonic wind regions, additional structural upgrades may be required to ensure full compliance with building standards.
