Cairns Council Approval

Before you build, you will need to contact Cairns City Council Building and Planning Department to ensure you are allowed to build your proposed steel building on your property. They will need from you a site map showing where you plan to build, as well as plans of the building (we provide this) as well as any application forms and fees associated with the approval process.
