Stramit Sunset® Decking

Sunset® decking is a roof sheet product available in both colours. Its deep rib allows for extra-large span dimensions between rafters or support points. This extra-span capacity allows fewer steel rafters to be used in the structure, making the overall frame much more economical.

Sunset decking is a patio panel that comes in steel sheet gauge thickness of 0.42 base metal thickness (BMT). This sheeting offers a high-gloss painted finish on the underside, which you will see from the underside of the hip carport looking up. It is available in a limited colour range. Monoclad®
The Monoclad® sheeting profile offers coverage of 762mm and is a popular choice in Australia for roof and wall sheeting on many steel buildings. This profile is available for the Hip roof design and is a great-looking option from all angles.
Corrugated
The corrugated steel sheet is a classic Australian roof sheet that offers style, strength, and economy and is available for all carport roof styles. This sheet is 762mm in width and is available in all Colorbond® colours for the top side and provides a pre-painted underside of a grey colour like any standard Colorbond® sheeting.
Posts & Columns
You can choose between galvanised steel posts or coloured steel posts.
The colour is powder-coated, so it will look great for many years. The posts that we offer as standard are 90x90mm square hollow sections (SHS). You can choose from any of the following colours.

Brackets & Fastners
The brackets that make up this stylish carport design are pre-folded and manufactured for each connection point.
We offer a base plate bracket for those attaching to concrete and internal brackets to allow for the connection of all beams, rafters and posts. The system provides a colour match to your selected frame colours and includes all screws and pop rivets to fasten the brackets into position.
Sunset® Beams & Rafters
The beams and rafter on this carport style are made of the Stramit Sunset® beam. This beam is a roll-formed beam that folds over on itself to make a box section. Unlike the C-section profile, the box section of the sunset beam allows for greater spans and offers a nice, neat boxed finish. The Sunset® beam comes in a 50mm width and in either 150mm or 200mm depth. This beam comes in either a galvanized finish or a colour finish. The available colours are as follows.
